Josh has been working in IT since 2008 and founded JXE Tech in 2022 with a simple idea: small businesses in the Finger Lakes deserve better than what most IT companies offer.
After years working for companies that prioritized growth over service, Josh decided to do things differently. He calls himself the “Anti-MSP” because JXE Tech isn’t built around recurring revenue and upsells. It’s built around relationships and results. Josh holds himself and his team to one standard: service that exceeds expectations, every time.
Raised in Phelps, NY, Josh is deeply rooted in the Finger Lakes community. He and his wife are raising four kids here, spending weekends exploring small towns across the region and making trips to the Adirondacks when life slows down. That connection to the community isn’t just background. It shapes how JXE Tech operates. These are neighbors and fellow business owners, and that means something.
